Return & Refund Policy

At ICCO Wear, your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our products are made to order and printed 
by our fulfillment partner Printful. We accept 
returns or exchanges only for:
• Defective or damaged items
• Wrong item received
• Incorrect size due to our error

As our products are printed and fulfilled by 
Printful, returns are handled on a case-by-case 
basis. Defective items will be reprinted and 
reshipped at no extra cost to you.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We do NOT accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered by customer
• Worn or washed items

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 
5-10 business days to your original 
payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is covered by ICCO Wear 
only for defective or wrong items.
